As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled People & Culture Advisor to join our People & Culture department and contribute to our success.


Position Overview:

As an People & Culture Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the P&C function and providing guidance on various employee-related matters.

Reporting to the P&C Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality P&C services to our employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering a positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional P&C advice and support to employees and managers on a range of P&C matters, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and P&C policies and procedures.

Collaborate with managers to address employee performance issues and provide guidance on performance improvement plans and disciplinary procedures.
Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records and P&C databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Support the P&C Manager in the implementation of P&C initiatives, projects, and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.

Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks for the company.

Qualifications:
Qualified to CIPD level 3 or above

Proven experience as an HR / P&C Advisor or similar HR / P&C role, with a strong understanding of HR / P&C best practices and employment law.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
