Overview of Responsibilities, Duties & Requirements
You will need a friendly, calm, and professional manner when dealing with colleagues and customers.

Your team will need to be able to rely on you, so excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be essential, along with good computer literacy, and an ability to work under pressure.


Key Responsibilities & Duties;
To provide lunch time cover for the Front of House Staff and when require.

To assist with meeting visitors, staff, RCT delegates and tenants.

To assist with post (incoming and outgoing).

Escorting contractors and visitors if required.

Ensuring that the reception area is always presentable.

Assisting with the admin work.

Assisting with managing helpdesk and booking system.

Ensure Health and Safety Protocols are being met and to assist with any Emergency Evacuations process
