Our client, Wilton Flooring & Carpets is a leading retailer of carpets and flooring - offering a wide range of style and material options and providing delivery to all corners of the United Kingdom.

With multiple shops based in Hampshire and Wiltshire, they also supply free measuring service and full online e-commerce solutions.


They are now looking for a self-driven and independent
Customer Service Representative to join their supportive team in the busy carpet shop based in Chandler's Ford, Hampshire.

You will be delivering an exceptional and personalized level of customer service and optimizing every sales opportunity.

Customer Service Representative, the role:

  • Advising customers on the full range of carpets and flooring offered
  • Answering phone enquiries
  • Operational till duties handling money
  • Keeping high standard of cleanliness
  • Working towards achieving shop internal targets
  • Assisting in all other duties as and when required

Customer Service Representative, ideal applicant:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment would be beneficial
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Highly motivated with a "can do" attitude
  • Dynamic, team orientated and confident
  • Enthusiastic willing to learn about the wide variety of products available
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
  • Passionate interested in interior design would be advantageous
