Job Overview:
UKLASH is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Growth Manager - Ecommerce to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our ecommerce website across multiple markets by leading and executing ecommerce projects aimed at increasing revenue, subscriptions, and product adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with our existing technology and analytics stack to deliver impactful website improvements and feature launches that enhance user experience to ultimately grow our ecommerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analytics and Insights: Use data-driven insights from our existing technology stack using tools like ContentSquare, Google Analytics and Shopify to track and report on the success of projects, identifying key areas for improvement and making recommendations.
- Project Management: Lead and manage ecommerce projects from conception to execution, including site enhancements, product launches, checkout optimization, subscription programs, and more.
- Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to optimise site performance and user experience, focusing on driving revenue and increasing average order value (AOV) across different markets.
- Subscription Growth: Implement initiatives to boost subscription rates through user experience improvements, pricing models, loyalty programs, and product recommendations.
- Market Expansion: Ensure ecommerce strategies are effectively tailored to different market needs, optimising site content, currency options, and localised campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, development, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of ecommerce projects and seamless customer journeys.
- Customer Journey Enhancement: Lead UX/UI improvements to the ecommerce website to drive better user engagement, reducing friction points and optimising the path to purchase.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of projects.
- A/B Testing: Drive A/B testing initiatives to continually optimise conversion rates, subscription programs, and overall ecommerce performance.
- Digital Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices, driving innovative solutions to enhance UKLASH’s online presence and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years working in ecommerce focussed roles with a focus on analytics and user enhancement, ideally with exposure to beauty, fashion, or a related industry.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, with a focus on ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento). Experience in website optimization, UX/UI, and A/B testing is essential.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using analytics tools (Contentsquare, Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to evaluate ecommerce performance and user behaviour.
- Customer-Focused: Understanding of customer-centric design, user experience, and conversion rate optimisation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage diverse stakeholder expectations.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and creative approach to solving complex ecommerce challenges.
- Global Experience: Experience working in or managing ecommerce projects across multiple international markets is a plus.
- Language Skills: Knowledge of another major global language (Spanish, French etc) due to the requirements of the business internationally in the next few years.
