We are looking for a resultsdriven Growth Marketing Manager to lead growth for Bungee. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with B2C crypto products and has a proven track record of scaling user adoption in the Web3 space.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Design and execute innovative campaigns to grow Bungee protocols adoption (user base and volume)
  • Optimize performance marketing strategies including social media content marketing and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine user onboarding and retention strategies based on datadriven insights.
  • Foster an engaged Bungee user community in collaboration with community managers.
  • Leverage partnerships with protocols chains and dApps to drive growth through comarketing and ecosystem initiatives.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Track and report key growth metrics to measure success against goals.
  • Develop and distribute content that effectively communicates Bungees value proposition and educates users on Web3.

Required Experience
  • 3 years of experience in growth marketing preferably for B2C crypto or blockchain products.
  • Deep understanding of Web3 ecosystems including DeFi and layer 1/2 chains.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to draw insights from various data sources
  • Experience with paid acquisition KOL partnerships and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with communityled growth strategies and building engaged user communities.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in a highgrowth startup environment.
  • Handson experience managing user acquisition for wallet or DEX products.
  • Proficiency with Web3 analytics tools like Dune Analytics or Nansen.
  • Proven ability to execute partnershipdriven growth strategies.
  • Passionate about blockchain technology and driving Web3 adoption.
