Are you a passionate and driven individual with a knack for understanding client needs and delivering impactful learning solutions? We're looking for a Learning Solutions Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough qualifying calls with prospective clients to understand their learning needs and challenges.
- Deliver engaging and tailored platform demonstrations to showcase the value of Growth Engineering's solutions.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline within our CRM system.
- Proactively follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move deals forward.
- Generate and share regular sales reports to track progress and identify trends.
- Direct and manage trial/demo environments, providing guidance and support.
- Complete comprehensive and compelling responses to prospect RFPs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Growth Engineering platform, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Conduct proactive prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Host engaging webinars and consultancy sessions to showcase expertise and attract prospects.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell new features and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3-years experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex software platforms.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in the learning technology or L&D industry.
- Experience hosting webinars or consultancy sessions.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models.
- Experience completing RFPs.
