Vice President of Learning Solutions Sales

What You'll Do:
Drive Business Growth: Generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect enterprise accounts and identify high-value opportunities.
Engage Senior Executives: Conduct high-level conversations with decision-makers to address workforce performance challenges with our cutting-edge learning, training, and technology solutions.
Own Your Territory: Drive revenue growth within a defined region or list of named accounts by qualifying opportunities, building a robust pipeline, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals.
Collaborate on Solutions: Partner with solution architects to design impactful strategies that align with client needs.
Build Customer Relationships: Maintain a high level of care within existing accounts while identifying new contacts and expanding business opportunities.
Be the Customer's Voice: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback drives continuous improvement.
Maximize Profitability: Lead negotiations that create win-win scenarios for customers and the business.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Extensive experience in sales-focused roles, including driving business growth from existing accounts, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, and expanding regional or territory sales. A strong background in managing large-scale deals would be a significant advantage.
Learning Solutions Expertise: Proven experience selling learning, training, and workforce performance solutions is REQUIRED.
Consultative Selling: Solid understanding of consultative selling in L&D with the ability to articulate ROI and deliver value-driven solutions.
Track Record of Excellence: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, building lasting client relationships, and growing revenue.
Customer Focus: A client-centric approach with a passion for exceeding customer expectations and solving complex problems.
Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, active listening, and communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Professionalism: Superior business acumen and a polished professional presence.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel (20-50%) for customer meetings and events.
