We are seeking a talented and passionate Account Manager to join our client and play a pivotal role in managing relationships with their esteemed clients. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the clients' needs, developing strategic solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that exceed expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of brand innovation and make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and challenges, and translate these into actionable strategies and solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including design, production, and installation to ensure seamless project delivery, on time and within budget.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress, performance metrics, and key milestones.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively communicating client feedback, needs, and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within a sector where the sales process is quite complex. The projects involved in this role are complex and require significant stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits.

Location: This position is based at their office in Bristol and requires the candidate to be available to work onsite five days a week.
