About the Role:
We are working on behalf of our client, a reputable vehicle repairs company based in Digbeth, Birmingham, to recruit a part-time Administrator. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and workshop teams.
- Maintain and organize company records, both physical and digital.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely responses.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the company’s calendar.
- Prepare and process documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and reorder stock as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Prior experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- An hourly rate of £12.00 - £12.50, depending on experience.
