About the Role:
We are working on behalf of our client, a reputable vehicle repairs company based in Digbeth, Birmingham, to recruit a part-time Administrator. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and workshop teams.
  • Maintain and organize company records, both physical and digital.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the company’s calendar.
  • Prepare and process documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies and reorder stock as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
