Team Recruitment is seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Associate to join our team in Aberdeen.

The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Actively seek opportunities to cross sell into our extensive clients

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and identify opportunities for service improvements.
    • Assist with event management.

      The ideal candidate would be a driven individual from a sales background, with the willingness to consistently push sales and promote the business and a desire to generate new business opportunities.

      No recruitment experience needed, just a flair for sales. If you have the drive and ambition to succeed within a rewarding sales environment; we'll provide all the training and support you need to be a success.
