Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and supportive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of our products.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a great customer experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
Requirements
- Good availability to work across peak trade periods, including summer and Christmas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
