We are seeking a passionate salesperson to join our team at Smiggle Braehead store. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our fans
- Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge and recommendations
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new releases and promotions
Requirements:
- Good availability to work across peak trade periods, including summer and Christmas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
