    A day in the life of…

    As Guest Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for most of our guests. Your role will be to welcome guests from all over the world with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time.

    Based in the Staybridge Suites Birmingham you will be part of a  team of passionate people who know that working as a team brings on the best results 

    Staybridge Suites is a 179 suite Aparthotel in the heart of the city centre. We offer a 'home away from home' experience for our guests, many of whom stay with us for several weeks at a time. Whether travelling for one night or a month we offer a warm welcome and a friendly smile to every guest every time. We aim to be a break from the travel norm where guests can live the life they believe in, even whilst they are away from home. You will be pivotal in delivering that sense of community that Staybridge Suites is famous for. 

    What do we need from you?

    To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards. You will need to have a passion for customer service, a willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to collaborating with your teammates to ensure all tasks are completed by the end of the shift.
