Guest Services Ambassador

Job Introduction
We are recruiting **Guest Services Ambassador** to join our Rapport team at one of our prestigious client offices in **Birmingham**. The client is one of the Big Four Accountancy firms in the world, and you will play a crucial role in delivering a 5* memorable experience to our clients, guests, visitors, and key stakeholders, covering the operation of all client floors and hospitality areas.
**_This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), working from Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis between 7 AM to 11 PM. Overtime may be required on occasion of events as per business needs._**
The Guest Services Ambassador is a “hands on” and proactive role that requires a character that actively seeks opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the overall business environment. The role will specialise in the external client experience, from the ground floor, to the meeting room.
**Main responsibilities**
- Providing excellent service to clients and guests alike, ensuring duties are carried out to the highest of standards.
- Demonstrating a flexible approach and offering business support as required, including
but not limited to supporting the Workplace Services Ambassador team with their duties
- Ensuring all meeting rooms are clean and set up to the required standards
- Serving members of the business lunch in the on-site restaurant or managing arriving clients and room bookings at the reception area.
