Job Description

The Early Careers Employer Brand Manager will develop and lead client relationships with brand and talent marketing solutions that enable direct clients and our client teams to drive direct hiring, enhance the quality of hire, ignite talent performance and maximize the value of the clientâs employer brand. The key result areas for this position are; delighting internal and external customers leading to new revenue opportunities and delivery of Brand and Digital solutions to exceptional standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Early Careers Employer Brand Manager will develop and lead client relationships with brand and talent marketing solutions that enable direct clients and our client teams to drive direct hiring, enhance the quality of hire, ignite talent performance and maximize the value of the clientâs employer brand. The key result areas for this position are; delighting internal and external customers leading to new revenue opportunities and delivery of Brand and Digital solutions to exceptional standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder engagement â trusted, consultative partner with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
  • Responsible for running the early careers program
  • Budget management â manage income and expenditure to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively
  • Creative & strategic thinkingâ generates new and unique ideas, driving innovation in solutions and ways of working.
  • Accountability & execution â delivers sustainable results and sets well defined objectives.
  • Solution portfolio, with support from Director - Brand Strategy.
  • Accountable for high quality project outputs (budget, high quality work, and client satisfaction) for complex annual programs, research, brand strategy, creative and design, managed services, tactical campaigns.
  • High visibility and reputation with internal stakeholders, typically Manager level and above in the areas of sales, solutions, business development, leading to ongoing Client Development opportunities.
  • Write strategic creative briefs to director satisfaction, with support in sharpening the proposition with Brand Strategy/VP leader support.
  • Invest in personal brand reputation; contribute to internal and external blogs, white papers and webinars.
  • Contributes to RPO new business pursuits at all stages of the sales process; Ability to lead on Brand & Digital direct client new business pursuits.
  • Gather Market and Talent intelligence to develop highly targeted talent marketing strategies.
  • Measure and maximize ROI on all projects; ensure tracking of campaigns is properly set up and reported.
  • Provide data to teams accurately and efficiently, with key insights overlaid for governance and continuous improvement purposes

 

Qualifications

Position Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelorâs degree strongly preferred in a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is required (either RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency).

Exposure:

  • Ability to produce and analyse data, identify opportunities and use data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders and quickly build robust relationships based on trust and confidence.
  • Translate best practice into relevant, practical and effective solutions and products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex situations conceptually and provide workable solutions to a variety of stakeholders.
  • This is a remote position that may require ocasional travel to London or Derby.
