- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service through email and telephone communication.
- Order Processing: Prepare pick tickets for incoming orders and process returns, exchanges, and discrepancies promptly.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with couriers to ensure smooth shipments.
- Web Orders: Create manual web orders and co-ordinate orders within internal systems.
- KPI Reporting: Contribute to key performance indicator reporting for e-commerce operations.
Previous experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or merchandising is a strong advantage. Experience of working within luxury fashion is a must
