We are looking to appoint an organised and confident customer service advisor with excellent communication skills to join our expanding projects team based in our Milton Keynes offices.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising and supporting our Project Manager

Chasing medical reports completed by our Assessment team

Ensuring we stick to the client's strict SLA report timelines

Troubleshooting problems as they arise within the project

Obtaining the medical team's availability to complete reports

Supporting our compliance team when required

Pre-qualification and booking in interviews for candidates interested in being part of the project

The applicant considered will:

Have great communication skills and be used to speaking with professionals on the phone

Be very organised and attentive

Have a confident and enthusiastic phone manner

Reliable and good time management

Happy to deal with medical report writer’s questions outside of working hours where necessary
