I'm currently partnered with a Financial Services firm that is currently looking to several Change Leads to join the function.

This is a great opportunity for a well-established Project Manager to join a close-knit Change team to work across a variety of business change projects focused around organisational design, target operating model, and improving efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, be comfortable working closely with Senior Execs across the business, and happy to work with a degree of autonomy due to the busy nature of the team's workload. While a background in Financial Services is preferable, the most important attributes are resilience and a can-do attitude.
