This exciting Investment Service organisation has a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Continuity and Crisis Management professional to step into an regional role in order to enhance the BCM capabilities and function. This is a great opportunity as the organisation promotes internal progression plenty of training opportunities. You will manage all Business Continuity and crisis response activities in the Europe region, support the development and implementation of global strategies, identify and resolve gaps, escalate issues when necessary, and lead cross-group collaborations to ensure Business Continuity practices are in place. Additionally, you will provide emergency response and coordination, including 24/7 on-call support, facilitate and participate in regional recovery exercises, and perform other related duties. To be successful with your application you must in extensive working experience in BCM, and extensive knowledge of the BCM and Crisis management lifecycle. You will have access to a competitive benefits package including an annual bonus, pension contribution which can be increased, Income protection, Critical illness, Private medical, amongst other benefits. The client requires 3 days a week in the London office and 2 days remote. Salary goes up to £95,000. Please note this role does not provide sponsorship or relocation.
