Can you lead and inspire a highly regarded, motivated, and successful Healthcare team? An exceptional opportunity has arisen to lead Burson EMEA's Healthcare team as part of the leading communications agency - Burson. The role includes overall responsibility for a significant and diverse client portfolio, business development and marketing of Burson EMEA's Healthcare offer, and most importantly, leading and creating bespoke growth opportunities to a talented and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring vision and guidance to the Burson's Healthcare offering, in particular in the context of constant policy/political and industry change.
  • Help identify bespoke growth opportunities for all team members and guide the team to address collective and individual challenges.
  • Ensure team members are making the most of the dynamics and opportunities linked to a diverse and inclusive workplace and network.
  • Be a leading voice on Burson EMEA's Leadership Team, helping to shape and execute Burson EMEA's strategy.
  • Manage and be responsible for all aspects of the Healthcare team, including but not limited to overall strategy, client service, team performance and management, financial performance, team well-being.
  • Counsel Healthcare and other clients on corporate and public affairs opportunities and challenges, operating as a partner at the most senior levels with our client organisations.
  • Identify, attract, and hire new talent to the team.
  • Grow the Burson Healthcare offer and client roster, partnering with Burson regional and global Healthcare colleagues, through business development, organic client growth, marketing, and delivering high-quality client-centric work.
  • An innovator and thought leader, able to anticipate trends and with a vision of the future of corporate and public affairs and integrated communications in healthcare.
  • A collaborator and networker, who can operate and succeed in a global/ regional matrixed/network environment.
  • Expertise across EU policy, with a strong focus on healthcare.
  • Established network with policymakers, media, business leaders, and influencers.
