About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Clinical Development Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the creation of an effective framework for diversity, equity and inclusion in our clinical programs and trials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Diversity and Inclusion Strategies: Oversee the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies to ensure that our clinical programs and trials are inclusive and representative of the patients and communities we serve.
  2. Lead Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within our organization, including training programs, awareness campaigns and community outreach.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical development, medical affairs and regulatory affairs, to ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of our clinical programs and trials.
  4. Develop and Manage Budgets: Develop and manage budgets to support diversity and inclusion initiatives, including training programs, awareness campaigns and community outreach.
  5. Provide Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on diversity and inclusion matters, including developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Pharmaceutical Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on clinical development, diversity and inclusion.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, including experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective diversity and inclusion strategies.
