About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to lead our efforts in creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of DEI professionals to ensure the successful execution of DEI initiatives
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive cultural transformation and promote a culture of inclusion and belonging
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Collaborate with HR and other business partners to ensure that DEI is integrated into all aspects of the business
  • Monitor and report on DEI metrics and progress towards goals
  • Represent Warner Bros. Discovery at external events and conferences to promote our DEI initiatives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a DEI role, preferably in a global organization
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful DEI strategies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization
