Facilities Coordinator - Immediate Start

Your new role
As the Facilities Co-Ordinator, you'll support the facilities and maintenance manager covering aspects such as building safety, maintenance, security and cleaning. You'll assist int the management of building safety, which includes fire, gas and electrical, asbestos and legionella. You'll co-ordinate the facilities team to ensure an effective maintenance service for responsive repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance and improvement programmes to all properties across the organisation.
You'll liaise with the housing management team, housing associations, local authorities and other stakeholders to provide responsive repairs, planned maintenance and improvement programmes.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to have gained similar experience working for a few years in housing, estates or facilities and have a good understanding of maintenance, working with contractors on projects across multiple sites and at least a good appreciation of how projects like this are worked and delivered on.
