We have a great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to come and join the newly relaunched Printworks, in the heart of Manchester city centre. You will be someone who comes with a wealth of experience managing either shopping / Leisure centre schemes.

This is an exciting time to join the team at the Printworks, after a massive relaunch this gives someone the chance to make their mark within high profile complex.

This role will see you co-ordinate the operational day to day of the property, managing your third-party FM colleagues, working closely with the Centre Manager and acting as their right hand person. There is lots of opportunity to be involved in fit outs with new tenants.


As the Operations Manager it will be your responsibility to manage all aspect of the Printworks Health & Safety, reporting and complying with risk management practises as well as building strong relationships within our current and future tenants.

As well as the day to day operations of managing the property, you will be commercially aware and have the ability to spot or identify new business opportunities. You will also be able to present and contribute to pitch and tender documents; be fully aware of all Cushman & Wakefield products and can cross-sell with our wider business.

Relationships are key, not just with our current clients but also with your team. We are looking for someone who lead and inspire your team to achieve the Cushman and Wakefieldâs Vision and Mission through positive mindset and behaviours.  

Essential experience:
â¢Â Â   Previous Operations Management experience essential 
â¢Â Â   NEBOSH 
â¢Â Â   Member of IWFM 

Desirable Qualifications:
â¢Â Â   IWFM Level 4 (certificate) 
â¢Â Â   AssocRICS
