This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Westminster as a College Events Coordinator offering crucial support delivering events in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, comprised of four schools: Humanities, Law, Life Sciences and Social Sciences.

Key requirements include strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and a flexible approach to managing competing workloads and deadlines. Candidates should have a solid educational background, coupled with events management experience, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is also a prerequisite.
