This is a short and sweet 6 months Hybrid FIXED TERM CONTRACT position & we would love you to sit with our wonderful team in Camberley / Farnborough at least a couple of times a week so that you can meet with the stakeholders you will be collaborating with often and easily.

Day to Day your role focus will be on:

Lead Dynamic Working Groups: Set up and lead working groups, collaborating with stakeholders to define policies and procedures tailored to team, business area, and geographical needs.
??? Legal Wisdom: Leverage knowledge of legislation to seek agreement on core principles, messaging, and workflow requirements. Ensure Pax8 values are at the heart of decision-making.
Craft Engaging Policies: Design and develop policies and supporting procedures in engaging language, accessible to all, including those with English as a second language.
Communication Mastery: Work with Internal Comms to house and socialise new documentation. Foster a self-service culture among the target audience.

Requirements

Significant Writing Experience: Experience in crafting engaging people policies or internal-facing documents.

??? Process Mapping Guru: Previous experience and expertise in process mapping.

Legal Insights: Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge of British, Dutch, or German employment law. Working knowledge of another country's employment law is advantageous.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, facilitating effective and timely decision-making.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Highly organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Adaptability: Ability to grasp complex ideas and change direction quickly in a fast-paced environment.

??? Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and other relevant languages depending on the market.

Residency Requirement: To fulfill this role, residency in the country with a valid right to work is necessary.

Basic Salary GBP26,000 (please note this is our maximum budget figure)
