Job Summary:

HR-CL Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment and HR Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent in the market.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to balance work with other commitments. You will be supported by an external HR team to ensure compliance with all current legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

• Search for and screen CVs that meet our requirements.

• Review and shortlist job applicants.

• Conduct initial interviews, either in person or virtually.

• Make recommendations to hiring managers for final interviews.

HR Documentation Management:

• Prepare and manage HR-related documents, including new starter contracts, offer letters, and onboarding letters.

• Assist in managing disciplinary meetings and other employee relations tasks as needed.

General Support:

• Provide support on various HR tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the HR function within HR-CL Limited.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment and HR, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of employment law and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail.
