We have an excellent opportunity for Marketing Communications Officer to join the team in this remote working role.
Position: 1562 Marketing Communications Officer
Location: Remote
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, 08.30-16.30, Monday-Friday.
Salary: £30,160 per annum
Contract: Permanent

The Role
As Marketing Communications Officer, you will play a crucial role as the liaison between the sites and operations worldwide and the Communications and Digital teams. You will provide assistance, guidance and information to people and partners, working with them to raise awareness of the organisations work and its impact.
Your principal duties and responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with teams across the Sanctuary to identify and develop content for B2C and B2B audiences.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing communications strategies and campaigns.
- Create, schedule, publish and promote social media assets to a variety of platforms, ensuring adherence to guidelines on messaging, imagery and brand content.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues in operational teams to empower them to identify and share opportunities for engaging content creation.
- Be a point of contact for communications with supporters, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Be responsible for specific B2C and B2B social media accounts ensuring you work closely with the Digital team, to create imaginative and engaging content for social media pages.
- Identify and manage opportunities to work with ambassadors and influencers to engage their audiences and followers with the aims and work of the charity.
There will be the occasional requirement to be onsite at the Sidmouth location and to travel to gather content and support media opportunities in the UK.
About You
You will understand how to fully utilise all areas of communications, including social media platforms, to engage a wide range of audiences. With a creative flare and an eye for detail, you will have experience of creating a wide range of content especially for digital channels and of working with the public and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service.
