Join us as a Business Partner- Communications, on a Full Time, 12 month maternity cover basis where your creativity will shape how we connect and inspire our teams. Overview

What is great about the role?

You will play a key role in enhancing internal communication across the organisation. This will include:

Internal communications: Help our senior leaders craft clear, engaging messages that everyone can understand. With our exciting merger with Linc Cymru, you'll have a hand in keeping our growing team updated and connected as we integrate.

Campaign development and delivery: Create and launch dynamic communication campaigns that get everyone excited. You'll be designing messages and strategies that align with our company’s vision, creating eye-catching visuals, and producing videos to support our lottery and Pobl Trust projects.

Diverse workforce engagement: Connect with our diverse team spread across various locations. Your goal is to ensure our communication is inclusive and resonates with everyone, no matter where they are.

Every week will be an adventure with new projects and challenges. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love juggling multiple tasks, this role is for you.

Where does this role fit in?

You’ll be an integral part of our established marketing and communications team, acting as the primary contact for the leadership team on all internal marketing, PR, and communication matters. Your role involves building strong relationships across Pobl and with external partners, ensuring that our communications are engaging, innovative, and supportive of our digital-first approach. You'll also play a key role in promoting our diversity and inclusion objectives through our media outputs.

What are the pay and benefits? 

The salary for this role is £42,061 for a Full Time, 12 month, Maternity cover at 37 hours per week

Flexible working policies –Our offices are Newport & Swansea where our team meetings take place. Time can be spent at home, in the office and at our various other sites across Wales as and when needed. Your base will be either Newport or Swansea, dependant on which is closest to your home location.
