Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at HISP MAT (Medina/Carisbrooke College). As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the effective implementation of our people strategy, priorities, and organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee Relations and Casework: Provide expert advice, support, and guidance to Senior Leaders on a full range of standard and complex employee relations and casework, with a focus on improving performance management.
  2. Proactive Intervention and Training: Carry out proactive intervention at an informal level and provide training and support for managers to drive forward people-led school improvement.
  3. Workforce Planning and Management: Work closely with managers on tracking and maintaining the staffing establishment and effective workforce planning.
  4. Process Development and Implementation: Set up, develop, and implement new processes and systems in collaboration with the Central HR team and School-based HR Assistants.
  5. Policy Review and Improvement: Review and improve standard letters, forms, and checklists for employee relations and recruitment issues.
Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly efficient individual who is capable of working both as part of the Central team and independently to deliver strategic goals within our schools. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with managers and staff at all levels.
