Business & Sales Administrator required for a provider of telecom solutions based in Gloucester GL2 paying up to 30,000, working normal office hours
My client is looking for an experience Business & Sales Administrator who can act as a first point of contact for customers and suppliers, provide support for the sales team and who can track the process from quotation to despatch of orders.
As Business & Sales Administrator for our client your duties will involve the following:
- dealing with incoming enquiries via phone and email
- processing customer quotes / supplier orders and following up where necessary
- maintaining customer and supplier database
- analysing sales and purchasing reports
- participate in meetings and record and store meeting notes
- tracing of freight shipments
In order to be successful in this role of Business & Sales Administrator you will need the following skill set:
- previous sales or purchasing admin experience
- strong IT skills with knowledge of Sage 50 or Sage 200 being a distinct advantage
- strong communication skills by verbally and in writing
- ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining company standards
