The Role

At Imperial Brands PLC, we are dedicated to achieving our business strategic objectives and are looking for a dynamic Team Coordinator to join our Europe Region team.

This is a unique opportunity to work at an executive level, providing comprehensive support and gaining exposure to special projects within our leadership team.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Efficient Management: Handle complex workloads, diaries, accommodation, events, and international travel arrangements.
  • Ambassadorial Role: Act as an ambassador for the Europe Region within the business.
  • Inbox Management: Manage emails, ensuring queries are addressed or forwarded appropriately.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Autonomous Handling: Resolve routine matters independently to support the Europe Region Team.
  • Innovative Thinking: Continuously seek better ways to deliver responsibilities.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in managing complex diaries and international travel arrangements.
  • Proven success in working with executive management.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 
  • Capable of managing requests and enquiries with minimal direction.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
