About the Role
BrisDoc Healthcare Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Team Coordinator to join our Operational Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Lead GPs and ensure the smooth operation of our clinical rotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first point of contact for all employed GP workforce, resolving issues and escalating as required.
- Ensure all team information and Lead teams are up to date and website/Apps reflect team changes.
- Minute meetings as required and provide administrative support to the Lead GPs as needed.
- Communicate effectively within the clinical teams and across departments to ensure clinical rotas are fully resourced.
- Use RotaMaster to record adjustments, leave, sickness, and create reports.
- Complete Change of Condition forms for the employed GP workforce.
- Calculate holiday payback and report to Payroll and Leads as required.
- Create flexi rota for Clinical Leads.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Work with Payroll and Rota Team to adjust payroll errors within RotaMaster.
- Direct and assist with Pension enquiries.
- Ensure employed GP workforce training, statutory, and mandatory training are completed in line with workforce obligations.
Person Specification
- Good general level of education, including GCSE grade 5 or above (or equivalent) qualifications in English and Maths.
- Formal training in business administration.
- Capable of using Microsoft office products, including MS Word and Outlook.
- Experience of entry-level admin responsibilities.
- Experience of process management and improvement.
- Experience of supporting others through knowledge of internal policies, processes, and resources.
