Our client is in search of a remarkable Talent Acquisition Team Coordinator for a fixed-term contract. This role is vital in assisting the operational talent function within the Human Resources Team. The selected individual will closely partner with a dedicated HR team and will report directly to the Recruitment and People Manager. This position is essential for ensuring efficient recruitment and HR operations throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the applicant tracking system (ATS) to enhance recruitment workflows.
- Supervise onboarding and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
- Update and maintain HR information systems (HRIS).
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the HR team, including database management and meeting coordination.
- Support recruitment initiatives, including candidate management, job postings, and collaboration with hiring managers.
