Our client is an innovative digital media company specializing in partnering with established YouTube creators to elevate and expand their businesses. Their mission is to transform creators into global media powerhouses by providing the resources to scale production, enhance content distribution, and diversify revenue streams across multiple platforms. They acquire between 50% and 100% of established creator ventures, leveraging multiple rounds of funding and existing revenue sources to fuel growth.

Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with high-profile YouTube creators and influencers to drive collaboration opportunities and strategic partnerships Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company’s goals, including content creation, brand integrations, and revenue diversification Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end process for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and successful execution Oversee the implementation of partnership campaigns, including content collaborations, product integrations, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with both creator and company objectives Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement Serve as the primary point of contact for partner creators, providing exceptional service and support to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration

Requirements: Experience in partnership management within the digital media or influencer marketing industry Proven track record of working with YouTube creators and managing high-value partnerships Deep understanding of the YouTube ecosystem, including content creation, audience engagement, and monetization strategies Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with high-profile creators, internal teams, and external stakeholders
