    Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives for Ireland.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
  • Team Management: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Client and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, enhancing the company's reputation and market presence.
  • Financial Management: Take responsibility for the financial performance of the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.

    The Successful Applicant

    The successful General Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a General Manager / Managing Director or in a similar capacity and ready to take the #1 position leading a business.
A successful track background in the system integrator, business services or aligned industries will be a distinct advantage.Familiarity with working within a European/US business environment.Advanced communication and leadership skills are required, as is the need for advanced project management skills.Advanced coaching, mentoring, and excellent leadership and a people centric approach.Strong understanding of the Irish market and business environment.Excellent analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and look for solutions.Strong skills in troubleshooting and handling complex or multiple jobs. Expert ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members. Seeking to join a people focused business with ambitious growth targets.
