We are currently seeking skilled Managers to spearhead business improvement consulting projects for our clients. In this role, you will play a crucial part in nurturing client relationships and will have the chance to influence not only your position but also the strategic direction of OutForm.
About You

As a Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Over 5 years of experience in the industry or consulting, particularly within the utilities, manufacturing, or construction/infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrating the ability to design and execute complex business transformations and change initiatives.
- Effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.
- Proven sales experience, including generating and leading business development efforts, with a successful track record of building sales pipelines.
- Exhibiting strong team management skills, engagement leadership, and the ability to support cross-functional teams.
- Possessing exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities, coupled with high levels of empathy to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Having a solid background as a Managing Consultant with a focus on Manufacturing.
- Being commercially minded and eager to contribute to business development activities.
- A passion for developing your leadership style by leveraging your strengths and personal values.
