About You

As a Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Bringing over 5 years of industry or consulting experience, particularly in the utilities, manufacturing, or construction/infrastructure sectors.
- Shaping and executing complex business transformation initiatives.
- Effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders.
- Demonstrating sales acumen, leading business development efforts, and maintaining a proven track record of generating sales pipelines.
- Exhibiting strong team management capabilities, leading engagement initiatives, and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Possessing exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with a high degree of empathy, to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Having a proven background as a Managing Consultant with a focus on Manufacturing.
- Being commercially minded and eager to contribute to business development activities.
- Demonstrating a passion for developing your leadership style by leveraging your strengths and personal values.
