Overview:
As a vital contributor to the Inside Sales Team, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Lead Generation. Your primary responsibility will be to assess new business opportunities and arrange initial meetings to surpass performance targets, thus aiding in the expansion of Compass Group UK & Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate new business opportunities based on target lists provided by your Sales Director, utilizing Sales Engagement software such as Microsoft Dynamics. Engage through emails, calls, and professional networking platforms to qualify leads and gather essential information.
  • Facilitate pre-tender meetings for your sales team from the new business leads you have assessed.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential pipeline opportunities for your sales team.
  • Develop a professional network on LinkedIn, connecting with relevant stakeholders within the decision-making framework for your opportunities.
  • Spot opportunities for the creation of new sales materials to be distributed to prospects during specific engagements and communicate these needs to your Inside Sales Marketing Manager.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales Marketing to leverage LinkedIn campaign data and buying signals to enhance your lead qualification and appointment-setting efforts.
Candidate Profile:
