Are you passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations?

Join a dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining the quality management system to guarantee the products and services meet the highest standards. You will report to the management team.

Direct Responsibilities:

- Management of the QMS Database and Logs, overseeing the company Quality Management System (QMS) database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Maintain comprehensive product quality records, ensuring all product quality records are accurate and complete
- Work closely with suppliers to address and maintain the quality and standard of products supplied
- Maintain, review, and generate new standard operating procedures
- Manage supplier and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution by following correct procedures
- Coordinate and schedule document control reviews, monitoring logs to ensure compliance
- Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities related to quality management
- Conduct annual internal audits and manage documentation
- Prepare for and manage external audits from BSI and customers
- Host audits for key suppliers to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Manage supplier and customer questionnaires
- Ensure ongoing compliance with industry regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Experience: 2 to 3 years in similar QA roles
- Driver's License: Must be a driver due to the location and nature of the job
