Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Are you a seasoned professional in the field of compliance seeking a new opportunity? Our client, a reputable entity in the Manufacturing sector, is in search of a meticulous and committed Regulatory Compliance Specialist to enhance their team. This role presents a remarkable chance to uphold the highest standards of compliance and quality within the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure adherence to both internal and external legal standards.
  • Maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of the QMS, ensuring data integrity and precision.
  • Document and uphold product quality records, ensuring alignment with industry regulations.
  • Engage with suppliers to ensure the quality and standards of provided products are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve supplier and customer complaints in accordance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate document control reviews, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processes.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities for enhancement within the Quality Assurance framework.
  • Conduct annual internal audits to verify compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.
  • Facilitate audits for key suppliers, fostering strong relationships while ensuring compliance.
  • Stay informed on industry regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to maintain compliance.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A robust understanding of Quality Management and Compliance Systems.
  • Experience in collaborating with suppliers and effectively resolving product quality challenges.

In this role, you will play a vital part in the ongoing success of the Quality Assurance function, with a competitive salary range of 25k to 30k, commensurate with experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
