Our client, a leading Motor Finance organisation, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Motor Finance Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the regulatory oversight and compliance efforts of our client's dealership network.

This role can be remote, but you must be within commutable distance to our client's head office in Epsom for team meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the FCA Register for all partners, ensuring regulatory status is up to date
  • Assist in investigating dealer risk events and risks identified during reviews
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and review relevant eLearning modules
  • Implement an enhanced dealer review and oversight monitoring regime for all brands
  • Monitor sales compliance metrics and highlight any areas of concern
  • Support the Sales Team by conducting sample checks on quarterly reviews
  • Monitor the completion of training requirements and escalate any non-compliance
  • Maintain internal compliance logs and ensure updates are communicated to the Field Team
  • Build strong relationships with training academies and mystery shop functions
  • Support the delegate selection and administration for the Masters Programme

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Experience working in a Motor Finance organisation or Dealer Group
  • Good understanding of compliance regulations in the motor finance industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of retailer processes is advantageous
