Job Title: Finance Administrator Wfh/home Based

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Tate. As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Loan Application Processing: Input loan applications into our internal processing system, liaising with customers and brokers to obtain any missing documentation.
  2. Property Valuation: Organize the property valuation process, including liaising with valuers to provide any necessary additional information.
  3. Document Management: Ensure that all documents received, including reports, are attached to the appropriate cases in preparation for the underwriting process.
  4. Post Administration: Action items of incoming post, where appropriate, such as acknowledging offers.
  5. Searches and Checks: Carry out related searches, such as land registry and credit checks, as necessary.
  6. Mortgage Offers and Instructions: Despatch mortgage offers and solicitors instructions, following approval.
  7. Customer and Intermediary Enquiries: Respond to customer, intermediary, or solicitor enquiries by email or telephone, in liaison with the New Business department as appropriate.
  8. Support to Completions Officer: Support the Completions Officer with the administration of mortgage officers following the underwriting process.
  9. Post Contract Variations: Conduct the administration for any post-contract variations, including issuing any documentation to customers and updating internal systems.
