Due to expansion my client is looking for a** RECEPTIONIST **for their busy dealership to join this already successful team.

**Salary
- National Living Wage**

**Days & Hours - Every Saturday 9am - 5pm**

**Greeting and Welcoming**:

- Warmly greet all visitors, clients.
- Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere that reflects the organization's values.

**Answering Enquiries**:

- Respond to enquiries from visitors and clients, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Address general questions about the organization's services, operations, and procedures.

**Phone Management**:

- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, transferring calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Take detailed messages and relay them promptly to the concerned parties.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

**Facility Management**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area and common spaces on Saturdays.

**Problem Solving**:

- Handle minor customer concerns or issues, striving to resolve them quickly and effectively.
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate personnel or Manager.

**Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with internal staff to relay any relevant information about appointments, and visitors.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate visitor logs and records of appointments for reference and security purposes.
