Working Conditions

The role is usually carried out during normal business hours from the company’s head office situated in London King's Cross. On occasion, the job may require evening or weekend work, remote working, or work-related travel for new business opportunities.

The typical working day will be eight hours with an hour for lunch. Start time allows for flexibility within core business hours. May offer flexible working hours at the discretion of the Directors. The job may involve working with challenging stakeholders or clients, from time to time.

Duties and responsibilities:

Be responsible for contracting live show bookingsChasing up contracts to be signed by promoter and clientEnsuring legal compliance on contracts, liaising with legal teamBe responsible for raising invoice requests, approving and supporting the finance team chasing themAdvancing shows – ensuring clients have full itineraries including stage times, hotel and transport details, riders are providedDemonstrating excellent document management and taking the lead on filing Scope Of Work documents and contracts, through to digital insights, job sheets and other materials relating to campaigns in Insanity’s internal database.Administrative duties - booking meetings, meeting rooms etc Knowledge on live shows - correct terminology and basic live show technical understandingSupporting the team on negotiating offers and fees, sending and confirming offers with management Supporting the team on talent brand deals including managing their posting schedule diary, liaising with brand on the dayChecking cities and locations in line with changing exclusivity details Being able to manage last minute changes -show cancellations, travel changesConstant email management between promoters, managers, artists, brands, colleagues, talent.Sending out artist assets and approving artwork Social media support on Insanity Live Instagram Regularly updating company website and client rostersAssist with and manage all admin needs that ariseManagement of managed clients’ calendarsManaging and nurturing existing client relationships and fostering new relationships with external stakeholders. Covering for agents when off and taking on agent duties

Required:

Strong organisational and teamwork skills with exceptional attention to detail Understanding of the live and music landscape Must demonstrate a high quality of work performed both accurately and efficiently Self-starter who is motivated and willing to learn with the ability to prioritise work and multitask over a wide range of responsibilities Works well independently and has teamwork mentality Demonstrated ability to think clearly and quickly under pressure in a fast-paced entertainment environment Ability to solve problems and work well independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrable experience in curating emails and communication skills. Driven by results Good proficiency in raising and chasing invoices Competent IT abilities both with applications (Word, Microsoft, Excel, Mail, PowerPoint, Keynote) and cloud based services (Gsuite).
