About this role: 

We are seeking a motivated and organised professional to join our Core Services team as a Learning & Talent Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the coordination and administration of learning and talent programs. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and passion for employee growth will contribute to the success of our learning and talent initiatives. In your role as a Learning & Talent Coordinator, you will work alongside a team of skilled professionals within our services department, all with a shared goal of continually enhancing our high-performance and learning culture. This entails providing daily support for learning activities, collaborating closely with colleagues on a wide range of talent and learning projects, and actively participating in the execution of talent processes and learning pathways and programs. Your contributions will also be pivotal in ensuring the delivery and maintenance of robust backend processes within JET's Learning environment.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role: 
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for various learning and talent programs, including workshops, training sessions, webinars, and mentoring programs in collaboration with the Facilities department
  • Schedule training sessions, book venues, and coordinate participant attendance. Communicate program details to participants, including schedules, materials, and reminders.  Provide critical input to Lead and Associates to stimulate continuous improvement in this process
  • Work together with the L&T Associates and L&T Team Lead in designing solid and efficient delivery process as part of the L&T initiatives developed by the COE Talent & Learning
  • Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, training completion, and program evaluations. As co-ordinator you will lead on the management of our Learning Management System (LMS) content,  processes, campaigns and scheduling.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials, handouts, and resources for learning programs. Ensure materials are organised and available for participants
  • Keep overview of all vendors and contracts in the area of L&T and ensure regular evaluation
  • Assist in the preparation of talent initiatives, such as talent reviews, succession planning, performance management processes, and Talent Marketplace related activities (ie reporting and project support)
  • Support the JET business by providing first line support for all JET Learning requests and employee inquiries including management of JET’s Learning Inbox and coordination/administration of JET's Learning calendar
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning and talent processes, suggesting ideas for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in the delivery of JET's procurement processes for all Talent and Learning invoicing

What will you bring to the table?
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR, learning and talent delivery, or a related role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to analyse and understand needs and purposes
  • Customer-service mindset with the ability to interact effectively with employees
  • Knowledge of HCM Systems (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle) or with learning management systems (LMS/LXP) is a plus
