We are seeking an HR Administrator and Bursar's PA to join our busy Admin Team.

The successful applicant will be:

  • organised, flexible, friendly and self-motivated
  • they will have a calm manner and an ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and colleagues
  • they will have experience of managing recruitment and HR procedures with meticulous attention to detail and due regard for confidentiality
  • experience of working within a school environment would be advantageous, although not essential

    The successful applicant will have:

    • CIPD qualification would be desirable
    • evidence of recent involvement in professional development
    • awareness of Safeguarding principles Skills and experience
    • experience of working in administration
    • experience of HR work
    • effective verbal and written communication skills
    • a high degree of computer literacy (particularly Microsoft office and Google applications)
    • experience of diary/calendar management
    • an excellent telephone manner
    • good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage tasks
    • an eye for detail and accuracy Personal attributes
    • sympathy with the Christian ethos and activities of the school
    • a professional manner and appearance
    • ability to form and maintain positive relationships
    • sensitivity to others and the ability to work co-operatively
    • self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
    • ability to work as part of a team yet also to work under own initiative
