As an IT Support Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for supporting students and staff with IT queries, maintain IT stock levels, upgrade hardware within the school and so much more to enhance your skills to reach your true potential

In this role, youll work towards your level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification, qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Support the organisation in all aspects of IT service provision via the helpdesk, email, telephoneand in person response, as part of the IT Support team
  • Provide support for both in-house and cloud based systems such as Active Directory and GoogleWorkspace
  • Support the organisations one to one Chromebook scheme, arranging repairs and liaising with oursupport partners for collection, delivery and replacement
  • Maintain stock control for consumables such as equipment, printer toners and repair componentsInstall and maintain computer hardware and other technical equipment
  • Work with the IT Support team and stakeholders to plan upgrades and improvements to serviceprovision and delivery

    Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

    Salary, Hours&Benefits:

    • Salary - £19,000
    • Annual Leave Start at 25 Days and after 5 years rise to 31

      Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

      • Grade 5/C in English GCSE & 4/C in Maths GCSE
