- Utilising lead generation tools for outbound sales initiatives.
- Proactively booking outbound meetings via various channels such as cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research.
- Qualifying inbound leads to make sure they match Thrive's ICP.
- Effectively articulating Thrive's product to prospects and conducting thorough discovery sessions for inbound and outbound prospects to evaluate pain points.
- Delivering relevant marketing content to prospects and conducting product demonstrations with key stakeholders.
- Managing the sales pipeline meticulously and updating all activities in our CRM.
- Leading efforts in establishing sustainable processes and procedures.
- Carrying both an Outbound & Inbound quota of revenue and KPIs.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience in SaaS sales or similar fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible with a can-do attitude.
- Thrives in a dynamic start-up environment and demonstrates a team player mentality.
- Passion for both people and technology.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
