The Role As an Account Executive at Thrive, you'll engage in a 360 sales role, focusing on both outbound and inbound sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include :
  • Utilising lead generation tools for outbound sales initiatives.
  • Proactively booking outbound meetings via various channels such as cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research.
  • Qualifying inbound leads to make sure they match Thrive's ICP.
  • Effectively articulating Thrive's product to prospects and conducting thorough discovery sessions for inbound and outbound prospects to evaluate pain points.
  • Delivering relevant marketing content to prospects and conducting product demonstrations with key stakeholders.
  • Managing the sales pipeline meticulously and updating all activities in our CRM.
  • Leading efforts in establishing sustainable processes and procedures.
  • Carrying both an Outbound & Inbound quota of revenue and KPIs.
