What You'll Do:

As an Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving the Lubrizol Life Science accounts, As the LLS Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, and accountable for the promotion of our Lubrizol Life Science portfolio, in the remote role you will manage the accounts and distributors in the UK and The Nordics.

The role requires frequent travels within the UK and Europe to collaborate and attend face-to-face customer meetings, in your role you will also be required to attend conferences and seminars, you will participate in UK and International tradeshows and to attend team and customer meetings.

What We're Looking For:
  • Someone to building and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships connecting with key stakeholders.
  • Someone that will be proactive promotion of Lubrizol Life Science portfolio via face-to-face meetings, Teams calls, seminars and tradeshows.
  • The ability to develop new business with existing accounts and/or identify new opportunities to meet growth objectives.
  • To be able to generate projects that will ensure the future growth of the assigned accounts and do the appropriate follow-up.
  • Overseeing customer management, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Have the ability to monitor the market to detect any business at risk and promptly put in place an action plan to secure the business.
  • Record and update all relevant activities/information related to customers in CRM.
  • Provides technical and commercial support to assigned accounts, ensuring a timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
  • Liaise with cross functional internal teams (CER, Marketing, Product management, Regulatory, QA etc)
  • Management of forecasting and demand planning for assigned accounts.
  • Management of complaints and supply chain related matters
    Skills That Make a Difference:
    • Minimum of Bachelor of Science (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Technology)
    • Proven work experience as an Account Manager 5 years or experience
    • Strong affinity with Personal Care and/or Nutraceuticals.
    • Strong communication skills with proven ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
    • Proficient in English, a second language is desirable
    • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
    • Proven ability to navigate multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Positive attitude, strong team spirit and flexibility
    • Ability to travel internationally (upto 50%)
